Responsible for monthly closing, preparing & analyzing the financial statements for whole group according to segment report.
 Consolidating financial statements (balance sheet, income statement and cash flow statement) on monthly basis.
 Preparing the monthly reports with comparable figure of budget & actual income statement, cash flow statement and calculate & analyze the variances.
 Project reporting and variance analysis.
 Maintenance of company accounts and records Ensure that financial policies are implemented and adhered to across all offices.
 Produce and review of financial reports and analysis.
 Development of financial projection models for cash flow planning and forecasting.
 Support other managers with timely information and analysis.
 Recruitment and development of the finance team including conducting performance management reviews.
 Produce of monthly accounts in accordance with international standards.

 Manage the budgeting process, monthly payroll review in addition to monitoring and ensuring that all financial transactions of the company are properly accounted.
 Completion of monthly and annual accounts in addition to overseeing the financial statements process ensuring that they are prepared accurately and on time.
 Ensure that all assets are physically verified, tagged and are reconciled with the Asset Register.
 Ensure that actual results per department are monitored against budget.
 Other roles and responsibilities including FX hedging, cost reducing and inventory monitoring.
 Harmonizing the relationship between finance departments and others.
 Insuring that the tax’s policies are complete, right and regularly timely paid.
 Ensuring the correctness of implementing all regulatory compliance.
